Seaweed and stuff

Just some seaweed and stuff on the little beach by Portstewart Prom. The Hound loves to rip the seaweed up for some reason...really goes for it, he does.
Note the alien claw entering from the left
On Ilford Warmtone RC, bleached back and then sepia toned.  I was trying to get the sand to look, well, sand-coloured.  From the Nikon so cropped. Well, the square format is well, just so appealing, don't you find.

  1. Well! Nice seaweed and lovely stuff it is for sure, and nicely printed in a square format it is.
I like prints of sand, and hope to get a couple done soon. I'll find the negs easily enough anyway, as there will be multiple to choose from :)
I bet this was snapped before The Hound ripped it all to pieces anyway. Beautifully sepiaed as well. You got the hang of this, Michael :))

    1. Cheers Roy and you are indeed correct - sand and film go well together. Perhaps it's a grain thing lol
